results archive Free Friday Night Trophy Eliminator track weather link. Free Friday Night Trophy. This will be a Trophy Eliminator for streetable race vehicles. E.T. breaks will be 7.35 and up, DOT tires required. Competitors will need to buy a test tech card,$15, and will be classified Trophy Eliminator eligible at tech. Eliminations will begin at 8:30. Regular test and tune will continue between rounds of the Trophy Eliminator. E.T. break will be 7.35 and up, tires must have a DOT brand, no open exhaust, plus all other safety equipment required for the performance level of the vehicle. Competitors with an E.T. performance level 7.35 up to 8.59 will be required to wear a helmet meeting a minimum of Snell M2000 specifications, open face or full face. Any racer with a vehicle that has any type of power adder, (turbocharger, supercharger, NOS) should consult our tech inspectors for additional, if any, requirements. For the average person, nothing more than a helmet would be required, and only if the race vehicle runs quicker than 8.59. Trophy Eliminator will still be contested with our full Saturday evening program as well. Free Friday Night Trophy Race of Champions Winners of each of the Free Friday Night Trophy races will be entered into a Race of Champions sponsored by Tombstone Bar & Grill, Peru, In. and Burns Auto Care, Kokomo, In. The Free Friday Night Trophy Race of Champions will be contested Friday evening September 19th. Each racer is ceded by their first event win, one entry only.
Friday Night Friday night test and tune, every Friday evening through the 2008 racing season, begins Friday April 4th. Gates open at 5:30, track activity starts at 6:00 pm, and will conclude at 10:00 pm. Mufflers will be required on Sportsman (Street) (7.50 - up), and Trophy (7.35 - up). Jr. Dragsters will be allowed open headers with one exception; Ram tube headers, the ones that look like a trumpet, has no performance gain, will not be allowed, contact the track office if you need further details. Bunker Hill Dragstrip reserves the right to review each car/engine/header application in an effort to control noise emission, in Sportsman, Trophy, and Jr. Dragsters. Slicks optional for Sportsman (Street). Trophy, (7.35 - up), must use a DOT branded tires.
